Description
Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd invites tenders for the loading of SRO CIP chemicals at Lethabo Power Station (Tender Number: E2782GXMPLETR). The project involves the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a chemical handling system to reduce manual handling of hazardous materials. Key deliverables include detailed engineering designs, construction of concrete plinths, installation of electrical and instrumentation systems, and staff training. The work must be completed within six months of the start date. A non-compulsory clarification meeting is scheduled for 03 June 2026 via Microsoft Teams. The tender is governed by the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (Option A). All work must comply with Eskom’s quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Valid CIDB contractor grading of 3ME or higher
- Lead mechanical engineer must have ECSA professional registration
- Must be registered on the National Treasury CSD
- Must provide valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing required
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required
- Must comply with 100% local content requirements for specified components
