Hire of office accommodation for period of 05 years for the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development: Mtubatuba: A lettable area sufficient to accommodate 378m2 (plus 25% (95m2 ) non- assignable space) totaling to 473m2 , plus 24 secure parking bays ( 08 lock up, 12 undercover, 03 open bays and 01 bays for person with disabilities), should the Department wish to exercise the extension option the rate for year one of the lease will apply and there will be no escalations thereof.
