Description

Mintek is inviting bids for the procurement, delivery, and installation of high-voltage generator cables. The project involves supplying 600 meters of 11kV XLPE copper armoured cable and two cable joint kits. The work will take place at the Mintek facility located at 200 Malibongwe Drive, Randburg. The successful bidder must also provide labour and supervision for laying the cables in trenches provided by Mintek, as well as perform post-installation testing and certification. All necessary transport and equipment for the installation must be supplied by the contractor. The project requires adherence to SANS 1339 and IEC standards. The closing date for this tender is 24 August 2026.
