Description

The National Heritage Council is seeking a service provider to manage the recruitment process for nineteen vacant positions. The work involves processing 9,000 applications, conducting compliance screening, coordinating interviews, and performing background verifications. The provider must also conduct psychometric assessments for eight management roles and provide comprehensive project management and reporting. The project must be completed according to an agreed-upon timeline. The service provider will be responsible for delivering applicant master lists, shortlisting matrices, interview documentation, and final recruitment recommendation reports. This project is based in South Africa.

What you need to qualify

• CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
• Registered company — An active CIPC-registered company in good standing.
• Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
• Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

Full requirements

• Valid CSD registration and SARS Tax Compliance Pin
• CIPC company registration documents
• Audited financial statements for the past two years
• Three reference letters for recruitment services
• Team leader: postgraduate qualification and 10 years experience
• Professional registration with SABPP
• Four administrators with National Diplomas in HR or related fields
• Psychometrist with active HPCSA registration
