Description

The National Heritage Council (NHC) is seeking a service provider to assess and determine irregular, fruitless, and wasteful expenditure. The work involves identifying non-compliance with the PFMA, determining root causes, assessing financial losses, and evaluating internal control failures. The successful bidder must provide a comprehensive investigation report to the Council. This project is based in South Africa and must be completed within 60 calendar days from the date of appointment. The tender aims to ensure financial accountability and improve organizational governance through professional investigation and remedial recommendations.

Full requirements

  • Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
  • Valid CIPC registration and tax compliance status
  • Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
  • Audited financial statements for the past two years
  • Professional registration with Legal Practice Council, SAICA, SAIPA, or ACCA
  • Proven experience via reference letters from public institutions
  • Project team must hold NQF Level 7 and 8 qualifications
  • Directors must hold professional designations like CIA, CA(SA), or Admitted Attorney
