The Road Accident Fund (RAF) invites bids for cleaning services at its Nelspruit Customer Experience Centre, located at 34 Brown Street, Mbombela. The contract covers a 12-month period starting 07 October 2026. The scope includes daily office cleaning, kitchen and ablution maintenance, and periodic deep cleaning. The service provider must supply all SABS-approved consumables and equipment. One cleaner is required to work 8 hours daily, Monday to Friday. The tender is evaluated on an 80/20 preference point system. All services must be performed to high standards, with strict adherence to health and safety protocols.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
