The Perishable Products Export Control Board (PPECB) is seeking information from service providers to supply and deliver Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across South Africa. The contract will last for three years with an option to renew for two years. The required items include thermal freezer suits, lab coats, high-visibility vests, safety footwear, respiratory protection, and industrial helmets. The service provider must deliver these items to various regional offices, including Cape Town, Durban, and Port Elizabeth. All products must meet specific safety standards, and items must be branded with the PPECB logo. This process is used to test the market and prepare for a future competitive tender.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
