The Agricultural Research Council (ARC) is seeking the supply and delivery of a 320 dm³ Biochar Kiln with an integrated water condenser. This equipment is intended for biochar production and research at the ARC-NRE facility in Pretoria. The kiln must be capable of batch pyrolysis, producing wood vinegar and tar, and must be constructed from heavy-duty, heat-resistant steel. The supplier must provide a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Delivery of the unit is required within 6 weeks of receiving a formal purchase order. All quotations must be submitted by 11:00 on 10 July 2026.
