The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) invites service providers to conduct CCTV systems training in the Gauteng region. The project involves training 12 technicians over a 4 to 5-day period. Key deliverables include theoretical and practical instruction on CCTV fundamentals, system design, installation, maintenance, and cybersecurity. The provider must supply training manuals, catering for attendees, and issue Certificates of Competence upon successful completion of assessments. The training must cover hardware such as cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and cabling. The project requires a combination of classroom learning and hands-on practical sessions. The work will take place in Gauteng, with a compulsory briefing session scheduled for 09 November 2026. The closing date for submissions is 12 November 2026.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
