The South African National Space Agency (SANSA) is seeking a service provider to inspect and clean the fuel storage tank at the Houwteq facility in Grabouw, Western Cape. The project involves assessing the tank, removing sludge and contaminants, inspecting for structural damage or leaks, and performing functional tests. The contractor must also manage the safe disposal of hazardous waste and provide a comprehensive report with findings and recommendations. Work must commence within two weeks of receiving a purchase order. The tender is open to experienced service providers with the necessary equipment and qualified personnel for confined-space and hazardous-substance operations.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
Full requirements
- Must have current CSD registration with compliant tax status
- Must possess a valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Must have completed three similar projects within the last ten years
