Description
The Dihlabeng Local Municipality invites bids for the provision, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive cemetery management software system. This project will take place in Bethlehem and surrounding areas. The contract will run for a duration of 36 months. Key deliverables include the design and development of a system for grave and deceased records management, GIS-based grave mapping, tariff and billing management, and reporting tools. The service provider must also handle system installation, data migration from legacy systems, staff training, and ongoing technical support. The system must be web-based and secure. The project is expected to commence within 14 days of the contract becoming effective. Bidders must demonstrate experience in similar ICT projects and provide a project implementation programme. The closing date for submissions is 06 July 2026 at 12:00.
