The Victor Khanye Local Municipality is seeking a panel of two service providers to supply refuse removal equipment on an as-needed basis for 12 months. The work involves providing refuse compactor trucks, skip loader trucks, and front-end loaders to assist with waste collection and illegal dump removal across the municipality. Successful bidders must transport and dispose of waste at the Delmas or Botleng landfill sites. The service provider is responsible for all fuel, maintenance, and driver costs. Equipment must be available within 24 hours of a request, and operations will run from Monday to Friday, including public holidays. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience and financial capacity to manage the project effectively.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Valid Code 14/EC driver licenses and Professional Driving Permits (PDP)

- Public liability insurance with minimum R5,000,000 cover

- Proof of vehicle ownership or valid lease agreements
