The Presidency is seeking a service provider to conduct a one-month Business Continuity Management (BCM) training workshop. The training aims to improve organizational resilience and performance for key personnel. The scope includes teaching ISO 22301 standards, Business Impact Analysis, risk assessment, incident management, and testing methodologies. The successful bidder must provide training materials, manuals, and facilitate Business Continuity Institute (BCI) certification exams. Deliverables include a detailed training program, attendance records, a final training report, and achievement certificates. The project must be completed within four weeks following the workshop. The training will be provided for 30 employees. All assigned personnel must be South African nationals. The project will be managed by The Presidency.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Registered company — An active CIPC-registered company in good standing.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
