The Railway Safety Regulator (RSR) is seeking a recruitment agency to provide one HR Specialist for an 8-month contract. The work will be performed at the RSR Head Office in Midrand, Gauteng. The contract period runs from 01 September 2026 to 30 April 2027. The selected agency will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, as well as managing the monthly salary payments for the placed resource. The HR Specialist must hold an NQF 7 qualification in Industrial Psychology, Personnel Management, or Humanities, and possess at least 5 years of experience as an HR Practitioner. The resource will work on-site from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, and must have a valid driver’s license.
