The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) invites proposals for the supply and delivery of ticketing materials, including ITIx rolls, PITIX rolls, and ITIx ribbons (red, blue, and black). This contract will operate on an 'as and when' required basis for a duration of 36 months within the Gauteng region. Key delivery locations include the Shosholoza Junction in Braamfontein and the Pretoria Station building. Deliveries must be completed within 1 to 2 weeks of receiving a purchase order. The project requires strict adherence to technical specifications, including security features like invisible fluorescent inks and coin-reactive inks. Bidders must provide sample materials for evaluation and approval before full production begins. The tender process includes a compulsory briefing session on 14 October 2026, and proposals must be submitted by 05 November 2026 at 12:00.
