The Ingquza Hill Local Municipality is seeking a service provider to supply catering for 450 people. The event will take place at the Newrest Sport Field on 30 September 2026. Deliverables include breakfast sandwiches, various fruits, chicken and fries for lunch, and a selection of soft drinks, juices, and bottled water. The tender closes on 28 September 2026 at 12:00. The contract will be evaluated based on an 80/20 preference point system.

- Must hold a valid Certificate of Acceptability (CoA) for food handling
- Must provide proof of municipal accounts not older than 30 days
