The successful bidder must provide catering services for 800 female employees, serving 400 people per day. The scope includes providing breakfast, lunch, and various beverages such as water, soft drinks, and juices. The menu requires a variety of traditional and standard dishes, including meats, starches, vegetables, and desserts. The project is managed by the City of Mbombela, and all services must be delivered according to the specified quantities and food safety standards. The contract requires firm and fixed pricing inclusive of all delivery and VAT costs.
