Transnet SOC Ltd is inviting bids for the calibration, servicing, and repair of oxygen systems on Phelophepa Health Trains. The work involves assessing systems, checking for leaks, calibrating gauges, refilling oxygen bottles, and performing full system tests. The contract will run for a period of 36 months on an 'as and when required' basis. The work will take place at the Transnet Engineering facility in Salt River. A compulsory briefing session is scheduled for 13 October 2026 at 12:00 at the Coach Business Admin Building Boardroom in Salt River. Bidders must provide their own transport and accommodation for this session. The project requires the successful bidder to facilitate system testing witnessed by Transnet personnel and issue formal certification for all tested equipment. This tender is subject to the 80/20 preference point system.
