The South African Local Government Association (SALGA) is seeking a service provider to supply and deliver water dispensers for their National Office in Menlyn, Pretoria. The project involves the installation of four cold and hot water dispensers and the delivery of refilled water bottles twice weekly for a period of twelve months. The service provider is responsible for regular maintenance, deep cleaning, and ensuring the availability of spare parts. All equipment must meet South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) requirements and include a one-year guarantee. The provider must have a facility located in the Pretoria or Gauteng area and ensure technical staff are trained by the manufacturer. Deliveries are scheduled for every Monday and Wednesday.
