The successful agencies will provide temporary employment services for positions at the Deputy Director level and below, as well as headhunting services for critical permanent vacancies. Key deliverables include sourcing candidates, conducting comprehensive suitability checks (criminal, background, and qualification verification), managing performance agreements, and handling administrative tasks such as payroll and timesheets. Agencies must ensure all candidates provide POPIA consent. The contract requires agencies to manage temporary staff benefits and facilitate performance reviews. All services must align with the Department’s employment equity goals. The project deadline for bid submissions is 14 October 2026 at 11:00.
