Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a service provider to supply a 12-month Bitrix24 Professional license subscription. The software will support the organization with lead capture, pipeline management, client communication, and performance reporting. The license must accommodate up to 100 users and provide 1 Terabyte of cloud storage. The work will be performed for the KwaZulu-Natal provincial agency. The closing date for this request is 24 July 2026 at 12h00 PM.
What you need to qualify
- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must have valid SARS tax compliance status
- Must provide proof of B-BBEE status
- Must have a business address in KwaZulu-Natal
