The Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA) is seeking a professional service provider to manage an Anti-Fraud and Ethics Toll-Free Hotline for a period of 36 months. The service provider must operate a 24/7/365 hotline and a secure case management system that supports all 11 official South African languages. Key deliverables include providing multiple communication channels, such as telephone, SMS, and live chat, alongside conducting annual surveys, quarterly training, and producing regular reports. All data must be stored on secure, encrypted servers located within South Africa in compliance with PoPIA and King IV standards. The provider is also responsible for creating awareness materials and newsletters to support the organization's ethics and fraud risk management initiatives.
What you need to qualify
- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
Full requirements
- ACFE or equivalent professional certification
- Certified as a Hotline Service Provider by The Ethics Institute
- Active Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
- Three reference letters for similar services within the last five years
- Three core team members with relevant experience
