Description

The uMlalazi Municipality is inviting bids to establish a three-year panel of civil engineering contractors. The work will take place in the uMlalazi municipal area. The scope includes road infrastructure projects such as layer works, drainage, and sidewalk repairs, as well as building construction and maintenance tasks like roofing, plumbing, and fencing. The contract will run for a duration of 36 months. Bidders must be registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) with a grading of 2-3 in the CE, GB, SB, or SQ categories. The project requires specific personnel, including a contract manager, site agent, foreman, and a health and safety officer.
