The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs (KZN COGTA) is seeking a service provider to establish and manage a Project Management Office for the Eastern Seaboard Development Programme. This 24-month project involves diagnostic assessments of priority projects, project packaging, investment facilitation, and governance support. The successful bidder will provide technical expertise to unlock regional investment, prepare project prospectuses, and develop long-term institutional structures. Key deliverables include a diagnostic report, an investor sounding report, and a transition strategy for the regional structure. The work will be based in KwaZulu-Natal, with a compulsory briefing session scheduled for 30 July 2026.
