The Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA) is seeking to appoint a panel of transactional advisors for a three-year period. The successful bidders will assist municipalities in packaging infrastructure projects and creating business cases to secure funding. Key responsibilities include identifying strategic projects, conducting feasibility and bankability studies, developing financial and procurement plans, and providing transaction support. The work involves managing negotiations with financiers and ensuring compliance with municipal legislation. This project will take place across various municipalities in South Africa, with the panel providing expert advisory services to support infrastructure development and financial sustainability.
