Description

Iziko Museums of South Africa invites experienced event coordination companies to provide services for the Arab Priest Exhibition and various heritage site activations. The work will take place at the Iziko South African Museum, the National Gallery, and the Castle of Good Hope in Cape Town. Key deliverables include the supply, installation, and operation of professional sound systems, lighting, stages, and furniture for events held on 1, 23, 24, and 26 September 2026. The service provider must also supply photography, videography, medical services, portable toilets, and security personnel. All equipment must be managed by qualified technicians, and the provider is responsible for site setup and dismantling. The project requires strict adherence to health and safety regulations throughout the event series.
