Description

The National Housing Finance Corporation (NHFC) invites bids for a service provider to conduct a comprehensive diagnostic assessment of its organisational culture, climate, employee engagement, and change management practices. The work will take place at the NHFC offices in Sandton. The project duration is 12 months, with a 24-month implementation roadmap. Key deliverables include a diagnostic framework, a root cause analysis report, a structured implementation roadmap, and capacity building for NHFC staff. Bidders must provide evidence of expertise in organisational development and industrial psychology. A compulsory briefing session will be held via MS Teams on 27 July 2026.
