Johannesburg Water is seeking a Lead Revenue Expert to develop and implement a Revenue Management Model. The project aims to improve billing accuracy, reduce revenue leakage, and manage distribution losses as the organization transitions to ring-fenced accountability. Key deliverables include a diagnostic assessment of current billing and debt collection, the design of a new revenue management framework, data analytics for leakage detection, and a financial recovery plan. The successful expert will also manage the transition of financial accountability and provide training to staff. This work will take place in Johannesburg over a seven-month period. The project concludes with a final report containing costed recommendations for executive management.
