The work involves clearing illegal dumping sites and performing emergency excavations for electricity, roads, and graveyards in Koster, Swartruggens, Derby, and Mazista. The contract will run for three years on an as-needed basis. Service providers must supply high-quality equipment, including excavators and tipper trucks, no older than 2014 models. The contractor is responsible for maintenance, fuel, and providing trained operators. Equipment must be delivered within 24 hours of an order, and breakdowns must be resolved within 48 hours. The project requires a minimum functionality score of 75 points for approval.
