Description

The MICT SETA is seeking a service provider to supply, install, and maintain water dispensers and provide purified bottled water for their Bloemfontein Regional Office. The contract will run for a period of thirty-six months. Key deliverables include the delivery of 21.8-litre water bottles, disposable cups, and quarterly disinfection of the equipment. The service provider must ensure all dispensers are kept in good working order, with a requirement to replace any faulty units within 24 hours. The work will take place at the MICT SETA Free State Regional Office in Bloemfontein. Bidders must have at least one year of relevant experience and maintain an office within a 60km radius of the site.

• CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
• Registered company — An active CIPC-registered company in good standing.
• Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.

• Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS verification pin
• Office location within 60km radius of Bloemfontein
• Water quality testing report from an accredited laboratory
• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• Valid CIPC company registration and share certificates
