Supply and Delivery of Consumables for Eskom Offices.

Description

This tender is for the supply and delivery of kitchen and cleaning consumables to Eskom commercial and multi-tenanted offices within the Cape Coastal Cluster in the Western Cape. The contract will run for a period of 5 years, starting 13 August 2026. The scope includes the delivery of items such as tea, coffee, milk, cleaning chemicals, paper products, and soap, as well as ad-hoc specialized services billed on a cost-plus-markup basis. Deliveries must be made to specific Eskom sites in Bellville, Brackenfell, Worcester, and George. The successful bidder must ensure all non-food items are environmentally friendly and SABS/SANS approved. The tender is governed by an NEC3 Supply Contract (SC3) and requires the bidder to maintain a formal Quality Management System and adhere to strict Health, Safety, and Environmental standards throughout the contract duration.

• CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
• B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
• Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
• Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
