The Mvula Trust invites tenders for the appointment of Quantity Surveying professional service providers to lead a multi-disciplinary team for school infrastructure projects in the Eastern Cape Province, specifically Cluster 5. The work involves planning, designing, and managing construction at various schools in the O.R. Tambo Inland district. Key deliverables include site investigations, development of Bills of Quantities, contract administration, quality control, financial management, and project close-out reporting. - Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Key personnel must hold SACQSP, ECSA, or SACPCMP professional registration
- Documented experience in projects valued at minimum R10 million
- Signed participation confirmation letters for all core team members
