- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Must hold CIDB grading of 9EB
- Must have valid PSIRA registration
- Lead Maintenance Engineer must have ECSA registration
- Health and Safety Officer must have SACPCMP registration
- Must provide valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Must provide valid COIDA or FEM Letter of Good Standing
- Must prove experience on projects valued at minimum R40 million
- Must successfully complete security system integration practical demonstration
- All personnel must hold Department of Correctional Services security clearance
