Procurement of Internal Employee Communication Platform for HSRC

Description
The Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) is seeking a service provider to supply a cloud-based internal employee communication platform called SnapComms. This platform will support approximately 600 users across all HSRC national offices and remote locations. The goal is to improve internal communication through features like desktop alerts, emergency notifications, surveys, and analytics. The contract will last for two years. The service provider must handle system implementation, user training, technical support, and ensure the platform is secure and compliant with data privacy laws. The solution must integrate with existing tools like MS Teams and Outlook to provide a reliable, high-availability communication channel for the organization.
Full requirements
- Must be an authorised reseller or partner of Everbridge Europe Limited (SnapComms)
- Must comply with POPI Act and GDPR data privacy regulations
- Must not be listed on the Register for Tender Defaulters or Restricted Suppliers
