The Ekurhuleni Housing Company (EHC) is inviting commercial companies and corporate institutions to enter into bulk residential lease agreements. The goal is to provide housing for qualifying employees within EHC’s portfolio of approximately 1,432 units, which range from studio to three-bedroom apartments. The work will take place in Germiston. Successful bidders must present a formal methodology for managing these leases. All prospective tenants will be subject to EHC’s standard vetting and affordability checks. The tender closes on 27 October 2026, and a compulsory site briefing is scheduled for 6 October 2026 at the Airport Park Ext 2 Complex.
