Eskom has issued a tender for the Incubation Programme of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across its business operations. The project aims to support and develop small businesses through a structured incubation process. The work will be conducted across various Eskom business units. Interested parties must attend a clarification meeting via MS Teams on 16 November 2026. The tender closes on 07 December 2026. Successful bidders will be responsible for delivering incubation services and must ensure all materials are labeled according to Eskom specifications. Bidders must not be restricted from doing business with state-owned companies, must avoid conflicts of interest, and cannot subcontract the entire scope of work. Functionality thresholds apply to all submissions.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
