The Border Management Authority (BMA) is seeking a service provider to procure and deliver nine mobile screening trailers. These trailers will be deployed to various Ports of Entry across South Africa, including Nakop, Vioolsdrift, Maseru, Ficksburg, Ramatlabama, Beitbridge, Mahamba, Jeppes Reef, and Lebombo. The trailers must meet specific technical dimensions and include features such as air-conditioning, solar-powered electrical systems, and internal workstations. The successful bidder must deliver all units within three months of receiving an official order. Bidders are required to demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience by providing proof of previous procurement orders for similar trailer projects completed since 2021.

- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Professional Indemnity insurance of at least R160 million
- Minimum three years experience in similar projects
- Compliance with OHS Act, construction, and electrical standards
- Valid work permits for all non-South African personnel
