Key deliverables include providing a cycle menu, ensuring daily nutrient analysis using the Food Fundi program, and maintaining the services of a qualified dietician. All delivery costs must be included in the bid price. Bidders must demonstrate relevant catering experience and provide fixed overhead costs for staff, gas, and uniforms separately. Prices must remain firm for the first year of the contract.
