The Cape Winelands District Municipality invites bids for the facilitation and delivery of accredited Internal Audit learning courses. The project involves providing eight specific training modules, including CIA exam preparation and financial statement review, for municipal employees. Training must be delivered via instructor-led online sessions or an e-learning platform. The service provider must ensure all courses are accredited by the Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa (IIA SA) and issue CPD certificates to participants. The contract runs from the date of award until 30 June 2027. Work will take place within the Cape Winelands District.
What you need to qualify
- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Accredited by a recognized professional body (IIA SA, QCTO, or SAQA)
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status Pin
- Proof of municipal account payment for entity and directors
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Proven relevant project experience
