The Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) is seeking a service provider to translate the 49-page Promotion of Access to Information (PAIA) Manual into isiZulu and Sesotho. The work will be performed in Pretoria. The successful bidder must deliver one copy in each language in both Microsoft Word and PDF formats. The project duration is a maximum of six months from the contract signing date. Bidders must demonstrate a strong track record in translation services for public or private sector clients. The lead project manager must hold relevant academic qualifications and possess at least five years of professional translation experience. The tender is valid for 90 days from the closing date of 07 April 2026.

- Lead Professional must hold relevant qualifications with SAQA evaluation
- Attendance at the compulsory briefing session is mandatory
- Minimum functionality score of 65/100 required
