- Valid COIDA or FEM Certificate of Good Standing
- Proven experience: three projects valued at R3.6M+ in last 3 years
- OHS Officer must hold SACPCMP registration
- Relevant industry certifications for waterproofing and epoxy application
- Insurance cover for contract works, SASRIA, and public liability
- AAAMSA membership for aluminium window manufacturing
