The Musina-Makhado Special Economic Zone (MMSEZ) invites tenders for complete civil engineering professional services for the Waste Management Infrastructure at the North Site Phase 1G. The project involves full engineering services from initiation to close-out, including design, procurement, contract administration, and construction monitoring. The scope also covers geotechnical investigations, engineering surveys, environmental services, and health and safety management. The work will take place at the Musina Antonvilla North Site. Bidders must provide a lead engineer registered with ECSA with at least 15 years of experience in waste management infrastructure. The project is based on an estimated construction value of R125,000,000.00, and the successful service provider must ensure full-time construction monitoring. The tender closes on 21 August 2026, and a compulsory clarification meeting is scheduled for 13 August 2026.

- Key personnel must hold current ECSA professional registration
- Must have valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) Pin
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must hold valid Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance
- Must provide valid company registration documents
- Must hold valid VAT registration certificate
- Staff must meet NQF level 5/7 standards for labour-intensive work
