Maluti TVET College is seeking professional valuers to provide commercial property valuation services and update their fixed asset register. The work involves valuing land and buildings to meet GRAP 17 and international standards, ensuring the asset register is audit-ready. The project will take place at Maluti TVET College facilities. A non-compulsory briefing session will be held via MS Teams on 19 October 2026. All proposals must be submitted by 27 October 2026 at 11:00.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
Full requirements
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with compliant tax status
- Must be a Professional Valuer registered with the SACPVP in the commercial category
- Minimum five years valuation experience including public-sector GRAP-compliant work
