SANParks is seeking a service provider to develop a Stakeholder Participation Strategy, an A5 brochure, and a park-level strategy template. The project will be conducted in collaboration with SANParks staff and requires an in-person inception meeting. Key deliverables include a formal strategy document in MS Word, an electronic brochure suitable for website use and professional printing, and standardized templates. The project must be completed within a maximum period of 12 months. The successful bidder must demonstrate strong experience in facilitating inclusive engagement processes with diverse groups, including traditional authorities, NGOs, and government structures. The work will be managed through specific milestones, with payments issued upon the successful completion of the strategy and the final brochure.
