The service provider must supply 150 units of various refreshments, including sandwiches, scones, tea, coffee, soft drinks, water, and seasonal fruit. The provider is responsible for supplying all necessary cutlery, crockery, tablecloths, and serving equipment. Food must be delivered on time, and the provider must have containers available for food storage if the event runs late. The service provider will report to the National Lotteries Commission Limpopo Office in Polokwane.
