The MICT SETA is seeking a panel of service providers to supply catering services for a 12-month period. The work will take place at the MICT SETA Head Office in Midrand. Key deliverables include providing light refreshments, full hot meals, and special dietary options for various events. The service provider must be able to set up, serve, and clean up catering areas, and provide necessary crockery and cutlery. Meals must be delivered fresh and on time, with the capacity to respond to requests on short notice. Bidders must operate a kitchen within a 25km radius of the Midrand office and demonstrate at least five years of relevant catering experience.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Registered company — An active CIPC-registered company in good standing.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Valid Health Certificate or Certificate of Acceptance for kitchen facility
- Kitchen facility must be located within 25km of MICT SETA Head Office
- Three reference letters for catering services provided within the last five years
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS verification pin
- Valid CIPC registration documents and share certificates
- Certified copies of directors identification documents
