Description

The MICT SETA is seeking a service provider to supply, install, and maintain a 70 KVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system. The work will take place at the MICT SETA offices. The project includes site assessment, electrical integration, commissioning, and staff training. The successful bidder will provide ongoing maintenance, emergency support, and battery monitoring for a period of thirty-six months. Key deliverables include the hardware, technical manuals, warranty certificates, and electrical compliance documentation. The contract duration is three years, and the bid remains valid for 120 days after the closing date of 30 October 2026.

  • Registered company — An active CIPC-registered company in good standing.
  • Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
  • Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
