The Government Pensions Administration Agency (GPAA) is seeking a service provider for Development Operations (DevOps) support services. The work will be performed at the GPAA Head Office in Arcadia, Pretoria. The contract spans three years with an option to extend for two additional periods. Key deliverables include senior technical leadership for database and platform reliability, performance engineering, systems administration, and DevOps automation. The provider must manage Oracle and PostgreSQL environments, support middleware integration, and implement monitoring tools. Additionally, the provider is responsible for project leadership, mentoring, and submitting regular performance reports. All work must align with the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) standards.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.

- Must hold valid SITA RFB 1183 accreditation for Gauteng region
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must provide valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
- Must provide valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Must demonstrate proven experience and references in DevOps services
- Must provide CVs for Oracle DBA and product specialists
- Must achieve a minimum functionality score of 70 points
