Description

Transnet National Ports Authority is inviting proposals for the lease of 156 square meters of office space at BON 1 in the Port of Cape Town. The lease agreement will last for up to ten years. The successful bidder must manage all necessary repairs, upgrades, and improvements to the property at their own expense. The premises are intended for office use only, and activities such as hazardous chemical storage or truck refueling are strictly prohibited. Bidders are responsible for all costs related to preparing their proposals.
