The property is provided on an as-is basis, and the successful bidder will be responsible for all necessary repairs, upgrades, and maintenance costs. Certain activities, such as the storage of hazardous chemicals or fertilizers, are strictly prohibited. The tender aims to generate rental income for Transnet, and the authority reserves the right to negotiate market-related rates with the top-ranked bidders.
